Make-Up
* GOOD THINGS Miracle Mattifier Moisturizer - I have been using this under my make-up as a primer (smells awesome).

SONIA KASHUK Beautifying Blush (mini review)

Hi Loves I'm back again with another review today. Today's its for the Sonia Kashuk Beautifying Blush in 14 Pink Rose.
Its a gorgeous soft pink matte blush. Great color power off, applies smoothly and blends easily. I also find the black packaging with magnetic closure quite sleek.

Color Compare to Benefit Dandelion - Almost identical with the exception the Benefit one has fine shimmer. A great dupe for a third of the price at $9.99

SONIA KASHUK All Covered Up Concealer

Hello Lovelies. I have a bunch of review posts for you this weekend as well as next week. I picked up a few products here and there this past week and I have so many great products to show you from my recent swap. In this post I'm sharing my thoughts on SONIA KASHUK All Covered Up Concealer in 02 Ivory.

This was my first purchase from this brand and I wasn't disappointed in the least. The packaging says its creamy, blendable color, conceals imperfections all day all of which I found to be true. It also states medium-high coverage dewy finish, oil free, Paraben free, fragrance free, no animal testing and contains oak & cork extracts.

No Concealer

This concealer is so creamy and easy to blend with wonderful coverage and staying power. I would compare the texture to Benefit Erase Paste. My only issue with this product is the colors. I thought 02 Ivory would be lighter and there was no tester to see the actual shades. Besides that I think this is a great concealer.

* I have not tested this on blemishes yet because right now I dont have any. When I do I will let you all know how it covers:)

A Spring Clothing Haul

Hello Loves. Hope you had a great weekend and Mothers day. You may have seen a few of my Tweets lately sharing my weight gain with the world. If not then here is a quick recap. I have been trying to gain weight for what feels like my whole life, I'm tall but really skinny and I want curves. I am 5'11 and was a size 2 (now 6) and yes I have had many test done. This new medication I'm on caused me to gain about 20 lbs (no more since) so I'm really happy but clothes-less now. I did some shopping for Spring/Summer clothing this week and wanted to share what I have so far.

*Since I am replacing my whole wardrobe (minus a few tanks/dresses) I am only buying things on sale/clearance or for great prices. Nothing in this post was over $20:)

I bought these High Waist shorts in 3 different denim shades but only showed the medium rinse here . I like the fact I can leave them a tad longer or fold them up.

COVERGIRL Flamed Out Mascara

Hi Loves. I may not follow every rule when it comes to make-up expiry but I do when it comes to Mascara. I have very sensitive eyes and never want to take a chance of getting an infection. So it was time to buy a new Waterproof formula. I saw this new one on display and decided to give it a try.

This Mascara is a fail for me. Its not a horrible mascara but it does have some flaws. The wand is large which is fine but because of its shape it gets mascara on my eye lid. Another problem with the wand is the end has a ton of mascara stuck on the it when you pull it from the tube. Last issue for me is its too natural looking for me, not giving the length or volume I like.

ONE COAT

TWO COATS

You may like this Mascara but its not for me. I will stick to my Loreal Voluminous Carbon Black and Maybelline the Falsies:)

The Make-up I NEED in my collection.

Hello my Loves. There are certain make-up products I cant be without. Guess you could say the products I would need to re-purchase if my make-up disappeared. I tried to nail it down to 5 but 7 was the end number since I just couldn't let the last few product off this list. I would love to know yours:)

1. Light weight foundations - Evening out my skin with out looking too heavy. I like satin or dewy finishes on my usually dry skin.
2. Concealers/Corrector - I NEED to conceal my undereye circles.
3. Bronzing Powders - I skipped this step in my beauty routine for so long but now I always use bronzers. I love looking sun kissed.
4. Eyebrow helpers - Filling in my naturally patchy brows changes my whole face. I like using powders the most.
5. Mascaras - Mascara opens up your eyes. I look sleepy without it.
6. Neutral Eye Shadows - All I need is a light creamy shade (matte or shimmer) and a medium brown for the crease and Im all set.
7. Stand out Lip Colors - Since I keep my eyes neutral I love a great pop of color on my lips. Whether that be a neon shade or a soft color in a shade you dont see every day like a beautiful lavender.

BOURJOIS FOUNDATIONS (3 Small Reviews)

Hello Loves. I recently did another swap with my gorgeous friend Natalie and the box arrived a few days ago. WOW she completely went over board but I love everything and cant thank her enough. One of the items on my wish list was a Bourjois foundation since they are really expensive here in Canada and for a drug store foundation I cant justify $30 for something I haven't tried. Well she picked me up 3 different ones and so far I think they are all fabulous.

BOURJOIS 10 Hour Sleep Effect Foundation - Beige Clair
This says its an anti fatigue foundation thanks to its enriched formula which includes high concentrations of Vitamin E, F, B5 and concentrates. All I can say is its fantastic. The consistency is a bit watery but it gave the perfect light (med build-able) coverage with a beautiful satin finish. It lasted all day.

BOURJOIS Healthy Mix Foundation - Beige
This foundation claims to give you up to 16 hr of healthy glowing skin with apricot for radiance, melon for hydration and apple to protect your skin. The formula is not quite as watery as with the last foundation and coverage is a bit better which is great when I feel the need for more. It really does leave the skin looking radiant.

BOURJOIS 1-2-3 Perfect Foundation - Beige
This one says it contains yellow pigment for anti-dark circles,  mauve pigments for anti-dull complexion and green pigments for anti-redness. This is the thickest out of all three with the most coverage. It really does leave my complexion almost flawless covering the redness around my nose and almost all of my under eye circles. This one had more of a matte finish on my skin but I did use a matte primer first. *although this one is beige as well it does look a bit darker then the others, blended out its perfect.

All three foundations are very different but all blend out very easily, look great on my skin and lasted all day without looking flaky, too shiny or patchy. I now have a great foundation to cover all my foundation moods, light - full coverage.
