I WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS LIST BY SUMMER

Hey Loves. I have spent so much of the past few years shutting myself away from the world and who I used to be because of my anxiety and panic attacks well I say no more. I'm tired of being afraid to live my life. So I came up with a list of things I will accomplish or change by Summer. Even if I fail, look like a fool or cry my way through I will check everything off this list.

Make my first Beauty video on YouTube

Travel outside of my city with out panicking when I get lost (I will)

Start an Etsy store for the Accessories I've been making and wearing for years now

No more acting weak. Im stronger then most people I know. If you went through what I have and are still smiling most days like me you have strength.

If I find myself liking someone.  Do something about it. Don't stay silent for years.

Stop being a pushover

Stop being afraid colored eye looks will make me look like a sad clown hooker (love them on other people)

Learn how to walk in heels

No more pretending I'm stupid around people. I'm very smart. When ever anyone tries to tell me something a lot of times I pretend I don't know the answers already.

To be more confident

Sara xo

  2. I believe you can do it!

If you're looking for something to help with the anxiety, I use these with my clients quite often: http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/infopax.cfm?Info_ID=44

  5. I would totally buy from your Etsy shop and watch your videos. I have suffered from severe panic attacks and anxiety. Still do! Had three attacks yesterday, so if you need anyone to talk to, I'm here. I wish you the best and can't wait to see you do all these things!!

    1. Thanks Love. I was diagnosed with Severe anxiety and agoraphobia years ago. Its been years of learning what my limits are and when I have had enough and its time to get home. I can usually sense them coming on now. What a pain in the rear:) xx

  6. This is a very inspiring list...You are braver than you think. You have a beautiful, well written blog and you put your ideas and thoughts out there for everyone to see...that takes guts. I spent years being afraid of what people would think of me if I started a blog. You are clearly a gorgeous, smart, and confident woman...don't be afraid to show the world who you are! And I'm so excited about the YT video and Etsy store!
Your fellow Sara without an H,
    Sara :)
