Loving This Combo - NOTD

Hello Loves. Today I was supposed to be sleeping away my nasty cold while my kids are at school but I couldn't fall asleep so I tried to at least look a bit better. I waxed my eye brows, dyed my hair and painted my nails. At first I decided to do a bright neon then like always I thought well that just doesn't stand out enough for me LOL!! so I added some glitter polish - confetti style maybe you would call it. I really love how fun it looks, a great pick me up when I'm so sick.

Where to go from here ..Life update :)

Hi Loves. Just a little life update me tonight. April has been a month of transformation inside and out. I have been working out every day with my kids jogging and playing soccer and baseball etc. I'm feeling better on the outside and feeling happier emotionally as well. I have also been having a lot of where is my life heading thoughts running through my head. I am fine financially but like all parents always want a better life for my kids and if possible providing that life doing something I enjoy. My issue is going back to work outside the home. Yes I would earn more but paying a sitter would be like working for free. Do I put more effort into my Blog/YouTube? Do I get over my fears and finally start selling my Jewelry and Hair Accessories on a Etsy type site? Not sure where to go from here.

My Weekend & 1st time Vlogging

Hey Loves. Just wanted to let you know how I spent my weekend and today. On the weekend while my kids were at their dad's home (ex-husband) I spent my days running errands cleaning and watching movies like Django Unchained and out with my friends at night. . I had a great time but by Saturday night I was needing my comfy pj's so I called it a night early and went home for Doctor Who & Tacos. On to today. I filmed a Vlog video for my YouTube Channel which meant walking around with my camera attached to my hand. After many many strange looks I decided I really need a smaller camera lol.

VLOG VID - Chat, Shop, Bday dinner & Kids:)

Birthday Celebrations:)
Saturday Night  (I was wearing a Black Maxi Dress & Converse of course lol:)

DIOR Healthy Glow Awakening Blush

Hello Lovelies. Yesterday I reviewed the Dior Color Awakening Lip Balm on my other Blog (Button/link in sidebar) and today I'm sharing my thought on the Dior Healthy Glow Awakening Blush.

Dior states this rosy glow intuitively adjusts to the moisture of each skin to make the cheeks blush with delight, as if revitalized with a breath of fresh air. Its ultra fine powder texture and its irresistible rose fragrance offer a moment of pure indulgence with each application.  Price $45

I cant vouch for this blush changing to suit different people because
I have only applied it on myself and the shade it shows on me isn't far from the color in the pan. Either way this blush is gorgeous. The pink color gives a perfect flush. Its lovely scent is not over whelming and with its beautiful packaging & velvet black pouch it definitely feels like a luxury product:)

Whats Going On - New Blog & YouTube News

Hey there Lovelies. Just a little chatty post to let you know whats going on around here. If you saw what I wrote about blogging a few posts back you know I need a change and that's what I'm doing. I am working on setting up a second blog right now. A blog about my favorite make-up product:) I will still be posting reviews, tutorials and hauls on this Blog page. I will post the link to my new blog very soon.

Second after years of being so afraid of what others thought I said what the hell and finally started posting videos on YouTube. Although I'm just getting my channel started and still learning I would absolutely love it if you Subscribed to my channel or at least stopped by to watch a video or 2. Either or both would mean the world to me:) -link below

BOBBI BROWN CORRECTOR & A Little Chat

Hey loves back again with another product review. Last week I picked up a Bobbi Brown Corrector on my trip to Sephora and I've been loving it ever since. The shade Light Bisque is a perfect color for correcting the blueness in my under eye circles and works so well I don't really have to wear concealer over it (but do most days). This products consistency is creamy and blends out really easily reminding me of MAC Studio Finish Concealer. It lasts all day on me and in my opinion worth the $30 price tag.  I will be re-purchasing it again:)

No  Corrector
With Corrector no Concealer
Just a quick note before I go loves. I still love blogging but I'm not sure where to go from here. I just feel unsatisfied with things right now and I know that's partly my fault. I did nothing with the affiliate programs and companies asking me to do reviews when I first started so I could be establish myself first and since then everything has stopped. I know its controversial topic but I have put in more time writing posts then many work a regular job. Getting ready to and writing at least 1 post a day for 16 months is hard work and I feel like I should be some where better by now. I'm not trying to be greedy that's not my attention at all. I'm not going to stop blogging or making videos (first one was posted yesterday) but I will be changing things up.

HARD♥CANDY Glamoflauge

Hey Lovelies. I have two posts going up tonight and both are about under eye make-up. This one is a review  on Hard Candy Glamoflauge. It says heavy duty right on the packaging and it really is. Here are my thoughts on this product.

Price - $6.00
I found the price very good for the size of the product (0.71 oz) and the fact you need so little.

Colors - 3 shades to choose from fair, light & medium
I bought light because Im always fair/light in concealers but I could of gone for the medium shade

Formula - Thick cream
The very thick cream was hard to blend out before it set on my dry skin. I will try again soon applying under eye cream first.

Coverage & Staying power -
Like I said above a tiny dot goes a long way. It does a good job at covering under eye darkness. I wore it for 7 hours and it creased a tiny bit near the end but didn't fade away.

No Concealer
Hard Candy Glamoflauge (One layer)
My opinion of the Concealer is that it does have great coverage but quite hard to work with. Its thick and hard to blend out due to its dry texture and fast setting. Because of the covering power of this product I will keep trying different methods of applying it to try and get it to work better for me. Right now I give it a 3.5/5

My 1st YouTube Video - Easy Top Knot with Extensions

Hello Loves. I wanted to share the disastrous adventure of making my first video. Not only did my camera stop recording less then 3 mins in but I was clueless when it came to using any of the editing software I downloaded today so I didnt do anything to it. I decided ugh whatever I'll upload it to YouTube anyways. Its my first video which always seems awkward anyways and I doubt many will see it. Half way through the upload my internet went down lol:)

Nice thumbnail hehe:)

P.s this is how I wear my hair almost everyday but I add a bow.

MAC PLEASE ME

Hey Lovelies. I know I know I do way to many posts on lipsticks. Strange for a girl that never wore it a few years back. Now its my favorite beauty product to buy. For me concealer is a must and Lipsticks is ..well its fun. The other day I did a haul showing a few lipsticks. Here is the other one from MAC I bought.

Please me is a beautiful matte pink from MAC. It is more on the dry side unlike my other new matte Heroine. I would recommend exfoliating your lips first and as you can see I didn't bother before this post but I really should of lol:)

New Foundation Routine (Fave Products & Brushes)

Hi Loves. Tonight I wanted to chat about my face make-up routine as well as at the moment product faves and the brushes I use to apply them. All but 2 of the products I'm about to talk about are fairly new to me and I'm really liking them.

PRIMER & FOUNDATIONs
I was searching for a Drugstore Primer comparable to my loved Benefit Porefession and came across this one by Rimmel. This cream textured primer worked great on my dry skin. After applying my Primer I then apply my Foundation/BB Cream or Tinted Moisturizer. Unless my skin is acting up I like a light coverage to even out my skin tone. I'm really liking Revlon Photoready BB Cream and MAC Face & Body. To apply my foundation I like using either my Bdellium Flat Top Foundation brush or my Real Techniques  Buffing brush.

Correcting & Concealing
First I use Bobbi Brown Correction under my eyes and in the inner corner blending in out with my RT Deluxe Crease Brush. Then I apply my Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer in a V under my eyes with the same brush to brighten. Last I use a damp Beauty Blender to tap lightly over the products I applied to smooth and blend everything.

 SETTING POWDERS
I use another Real Techniques Deluxe Crease brush to sweep e.l.f setting powder under my eyes then I use the RT Contour brush to apply MAC MSF on my T Zone.

Rimmel Fix & Perfect Pro Primer
MAC Face & Body Foundation - C2
Revlon Photoready BB Cream - Light/Medium
Bobbi Brown Corrector - Light Bisque
Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer - Fair
MAC MSF Powder - Medium

MAC HEROINE

Hello Loves. I am absolutely smitten with my new MAC lipstick. Heroine is a beautiful deep purple, a true purple. It may look a bit scary if your not used to a bolder look but its very wearable. It is matte but I find it creamier and less drying on my lips then other MAC mattes like Ruby Woo (a fave too). I've been really into matte lipsticks lately.

L-R : HEROINE  / REBEL /  UP THE AMP
I have no clue what that black dot was, I didnt notice till I took the photos lol.
