New Foundation Routine (Fave Products & Brushes)

Hi Loves. Tonight I wanted to chat about my face make-up routine as well as at the moment product faves and the brushes I use to apply them. All but 2 of the products I'm about to talk about are fairly new to me and I'm really liking them.

PRIMER & FOUNDATIONs
I was searching for a Drugstore Primer comparable to my loved Benefit Porefession and came across this one by Rimmel. This cream textured primer worked great on my dry skin. After applying my Primer I then apply my Foundation/BB Cream or Tinted Moisturizer. Unless my skin is acting up I like a light coverage to even out my skin tone. I'm really liking Revlon Photoready BB Cream and MAC Face & Body. To apply my foundation I like using either my Bdellium Flat Top Foundation brush or my Real Techniques  Buffing brush.

Correcting & Concealing
First I use Bobbi Brown Correction under my eyes and in the inner corner blending in out with my RT Deluxe Crease Brush. Then I apply my Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer in a V under my eyes with the same brush to brighten. Last I use a damp Beauty Blender to tap lightly over the products I applied to smooth and blend everything.

 SETTING POWDERS
I use another Real Techniques Deluxe Crease brush to sweep e.l.f setting powder under my eyes then I use the RT Contour brush to apply MAC MSF on my T Zone.

Rimmel Fix & Perfect Pro Primer
MAC Face & Body Foundation - C2
Revlon Photoready BB Cream - Light/Medium
Bobbi Brown Corrector - Light Bisque
Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer - Fair
MAC MSF Powder - Medium

  5. I'm completely addicted to the Revlon BB cream right now. Normally their foundations are too dark for me but this is perfect in every way!

  6. The Real Techniques brushes are really nice. So soft. I think I'm liking them more than my other Sigma brushes.

I've tried that MAC foundation and it's amazing! Shame it's the only one from MAC that doesn't turn my face into a pepperoni pizza. :( xx

  8. Ah I have that Rimmel primer and Revlon BB cream! Love them! I've just bought the L'Oreal Lumi magique (I think it's called!) primer to try, but I do love that Rimmel one, the only thing I found is that I ran out of it really quickly! :( x

  11. I've used the Rimmel Primer and I really like it. I also suggest using the Boots No. 7 primer! It fills wrinkles and evens pores out so when you apply foundation it goes on very smoothly. give it a try when you get a chance =)
