5 Fantastic Foundations for Very Dry Skin (my faves)

Hello Lovelies. Finding a good foundation that works on my dry (some times extremely dry) has been a long process of trial and error but I have found some I really like. Now keep in mind I do exfoliate every night and moisturize day/night.

MAC FACE & BODY
This foundation is really watery and gives a light coverage but can be built up closer to a medium coverage by buffing it into the skin. This moisturizing foundation is my favorite MAC foundation.

RIMMEL WAKE ME UP
Such a fabulous foundation. Light - Medium coverage. Gives my skin a wonderful glow that doesn't look oily or too disco ball. So happy this foundation is now available in Canada. 

L'OREAL TRUE MATCH LUMI
The closest foundation to my loved Rimmel Wake Me Up I have found. A medium coverage foundation that gives your skin a wonderful glow and feels quite moisturizing. 

NARS SHEER GLOW - Fiji
This medium - full coverage foundation can be drying on my skin if I don't moisturize right before. Looks quite matte on my skin compared to the other 2 foundations above.

REVLON COLORSTAY WHIPPED
This foundation also gives me a medium coverage. It does not cling to dry patches or look cakey on my skin.  I love the creamy whipped consistency of this foundation.

  Some of the foundations look more yellow toned on camera then they are in real life although I do have a yellow undertone to my skin. If you have dry skin let me know your favorite foundations:)

    I have crazy dry skin and I LOVE MAC face and body. I also use MAC Mineralize Foundation.

    I adore Wake Me Up foundation so much! I love it's hint of sparkle to brighten you up in the morning when you really don't want to be getting out of bed.

    We don't have the Revlon Colorstay Whipped here in England but we do have the regular liquid version so I don't know if it would work the same for dry skin?
